Mr. Pham Chinh Tam is the founder and Managing Partner of MaxViet. Prior to founding MaxViet, Tam was an in-house lawyer of a large subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines (1998-2004) before becoming an attorney at Invest Consult Group (2004- 2007). Tam also worked as an internal lawyer and Head of Legal of securities companies such as Habubank Securities Company, VPBank Securities Company (2007-2013).

With over 18 years of practice, Mr. Pham Chinh Tam has extensive experience in the fields of foreign investment, commercial contracts, securities – banking and dispute resolution.

Tam has an especially deep knowledge of the securities sector and possesses a unique familiarity with its legal and financial frameworks. Tam has been involved in a number of M&A transactions, as well as orchestrated the legal proceedings of various corporate restructuring, securities issuance, and derivative procedures. Mr. Pham Chinh Tam is also highly experienced in providing risk assessment and management services for domestic securities.
